• How long is shipping & processing?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. 

Processing occurs Monday-Friday.

 (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 

Once order is processed you will receive a email with your tracking number.

Once order is shipped, you can expect your order in 3-4 business days or sooner.

Always order ahead just in case of any unexpected delays.

A SIGNATURE is required to confirm delivery on all orders

 

• What is the Return/Exchange policy?

-We do not exchange or return unless there was a mistake on our end in which case we will correct it IMMEDIATELY!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

• Does this hair shed?

All hair has little shedding, even your natural hair. However, this hair has very very minimal shedding. To help prevent shedding we always recommend: 

-Sealing your wefts

-Never sleep on your hair while wet

-Always gently comb hair starting from the ends to the weft

 

• How many bundles do I need?

14-16" - 2-3 Bundles

 18-24" - 3-4 Bundles 

26-30" - 4-5 Bundles

• Can this hair be colored/bleached?

This hair can be colored and bleached as high as a level 9 if done professionally. We recommend going to a professional for any coloring to your hair. Once colored it is recommended that you wash and deep condition it every week. 

Again always treat this hair as if it is your own.

 

 

• How long does your hair last?

Hair will last at least one year. Proper hair care is essential to making your hair last.

 

 

•  What is the difference between a closure & frontal?

 

A lace closure, (5x5) is 5in wide and 5in long. Covers a portion of your head. You will need to add bundles around. 

A lace frontal, (13x4) is 13in wide and 4in long. covers ear-to-ear portion. You will need to add bundles in the back.
